Highway to Hell es el sexto álbum de estudio de la banda de hard rock australiana AC DC que salió a la venta en 1979. También es el quinto álbum de estudio internacional de la banda y todas sus canciones fueron escritas por Angus Young, Malcolm Young, y Bon Scott.

AC/DC (escrito por el grupo como ACϟDC) es un grupo australiano de hard rock formado en la ciudad de Sídney en 1973 por los hermanos de origen escocés Malcolm y Angus Young.
Su primer concierto se llevó a cabo la noche de fin de año de 1973, coincidiendo con el lanzamiento de su sencillo Can I Sit Next to You Girl, cuyo cantante era Dave Evans.
