Monster es una cancion de la banda estadounidense de Rock: Skillet. Monster es el primer sencillo del album Awake, el cual fue lanzado a la radio el 14 de julio del 2009 pero sin el gruñido distorsionado como en el single. Monster fue certificado platino vendiendo mas de 1 millon de copias en todo el mundo y siendo parte del top 5 del Active Rock Radio y con mas de 53 millones de visitas en Youtube.

Skillet

Skillet es una banda Estadounidense de rock cristiano formada en Memphis, Tennessee, en 1996. La banda actualmente consiste en John y Korey Cooper, Jen Ledger y Seth Morrison. El grupo ha publicado hasta la fecha ocho álbumes de estudio, el más reciente Rise en el 2013. Dos de sus discos han recibido nominaciones al Grammy y han vendido más de dos millones de discos en los Estados Unidos. A lo largo de su carrera Skillet ha tenido varios cambios de alineación, dejando al vocalista y bajista John Cooper como el único miembro original del grupo que aún permanece en él. Son conocidos por un implacable horario de giras, lo que los puso entre las cinco primeras bandas más trabajadoras del año 2011 por Billboard.com.
